By using Orbit you agree to use it respectfully and lawfully, and only with a partner who consents to sharing a space with you. You're responsible for the content you add.

Service

Orbit is provided "as is," without warranties. Features that rely on third-party services (AI suggestions, weather, flight status, music/title search) may be unavailable at times. We may update or discontinue features.

Orbit Plus

Orbit Plus is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) or a one-time lifetime purchase, billed through your Apple ID; it renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and can be managed in your App Store account settings. Subscriptions are shared with the partner in your space.

Conduct

Don't attempt to access another couple's space, reverse-engineer the service, or misuse it to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.
